The Blade is 本割込（Honwarikomi）structured. The blade is extremely sharp and has high corrosion resistance. The core material of the blade is forged V金ゴールド（VG-10）and the clad steel is SUS410.  Additionally, the blade has been（DP 処理）DP treated which generates a superior high carbon quality.　This Japanese technology combination will take your cooking preparation and culinary experience to the next level.
