This knife is perfect for slicing any kind of meat, not only fish. When you use this knife for slicing meat, you will know how this is better than Santoku, Guto, Deba or Nakiri knives in terms of slicing.
The blade is extremely sharp. It is made of hand-forged Hagane (鋼) material. This Japanese is a traditional style Japanese knife that consists of all-Hagane material, which means it is easy to sharpen and has super sharp edges. The thickness of the blade is 3.5mm, which means it provides more stable handling and slicing experience. This Hagane knife will take your cooking preparation and culinary experience to the next level.
