This vintage style knife will take your cooking preparation and culinary experience to the next level. This is made by Japanese knife professionals. The blade is made of Special Stainless Steel that improves sharpness and corrosion resistance.

This knife is perfect for slicing or chopping all ingredients such as fish, meat and vegetables. This knife is also good for filleting fish or slicing meat.
