Nakiri Knife（菜切  包丁）

From 700plus years of knife making history by skilled Craftsman of Seki in Gifu prefecture.

This knife is perfect for slicing or chopping all ingredients such as fish, meat or vegetables. This knife is also good for slicing meat.

The Blade is 本割込（Honwarikomi）structured. The blade is extremely sharp and has high corrosion resistance. The core material of the blade is forged SHIROGAMI （白紙）and the clad steel is SUS410.  Additionally, the blade has been（DP 処理）DP treated which generates a superior high carbon quality.　This Japanese technology combination will take your cooking preparation and culinary experience to the next level.
