From 700plus years of knife making history by skilled Craftsman of Seki Gifu prefecture. This vintage style knife will take your cooking preparation and culinary experience to the next level. 

This is made by Japanese knife professionals. The blade is made of Special Stainless Steel that improves sharpness and corrosion resistance.

This knife is perfect for slicing or chopping vegetables as well as slicing or chopping meat. About 50mm width blade is handy for slicing or chopping ingredients.
