This is made by Japanese knife professionals. The blade is made of Special Stainless Steel that improves sharpness and corrosion resistance.

This knife is perfect for filleting fish as well as slicing thick meat.  The angle of the edge

of the blade is professionally designated for filleting fish (Medium to small  fish )
